Leadership Resources specializes in Leadership Challenge™ workshops for organizations and groups.  The Leadership Challenge™ emphasizes building collaboration, teamwork, and trust within the organization. 

The Leadership Challenge™ workshop is a discovery process, where participants learn to identify their own leadership strengths, as well as leadership behaviors needing improvement.  Workshop participants leave with specific on-the-job goals and action plans to address their own particular leadership challenges.
